Cancellation policy: Peak Season: 100% of booking will be charged. (30 days cut off before arrival date)
High Season: 2 nights penalty will be charged. (14 days cut off before arrival date)
Low Season: 1 Night penalty will be charged. (7 days cut off before arrival date) No-Show will charge full amount of booking.
Modification policy: Ark Bar Beach Resort does not charge any amount, in case of name, room type or credit card details amendment but in case of deduct date and amount of room’s modifications, the cancellation policy will apply.
Child policy: Children under 5 years of age stay free in parent's room without extra bed
